Thermal Modification Kilns
Robust, sturdy, digitalized, high quality, proven kilns for industrial thermal wood modification are engineered for precision, durability, and energy efficiency for any batch size 3-130 m³ (8500-55000 BF).
TMW Software
Specialized operating software for thermal modification kilns. Compatible with both new and existing kiln systems, it controls and optimizes the entire TMW process. The software allows tailoring specific recipes for each wood species.
Heat Production
Stable and reliable supply of heat and steam can be provided by a boiler plant. Energy sources suitable can be anything from e.g. wood waste and electricity to oil and gas.
Testing
Each wood species needs its own thermal modification recipe. Jartek has a testing facility for designing recipes for any species. Testing ensures that selected solution is a perfect fit.
Proof of quality. ThermoWood® is a patented production process and a registered trademark, that may only be used by licensed producer members of International ThermoWood Association (ITWA). These producers, their products and operations are monitored annually by a third-party auditor. Premium quality TMW products carry the ThermoWood® trademark.
