The magic between green sorting and drying is a modern automatic stick-stacker that builds organized loads, stable packages for optimal drying resulting in quality lumber with efficiency and high capacity.

Freshly sawn lumber is automatically stacked with accurately positioned stickers between board layers. This ensures proper airflow through the package, promotes uniform drying, and helps reduce warp, twist, and drying defects.

For long and short boards, Jartek’s robust stick stacking solutions come for load sizes, min 1500 x 1500mm - max 2200 x 6000mm with stacking speed up to 220 pcs/min. Jartek stick-stackers can be fitted to any new and existing lumber handling process, always designed to fit customer’s needs, definitions, and requirements.
